In order to get this outcome on the picture of the gil with the spots I first needed to open it up n photoshop an create a new layer and select the spot healing brush and select all layers from there all I did was select a secion of skin that did not have a spot on and paint over the spots
In order to gt this effect on the womn smiling all I did was first select the sponge tool and slect desaturate and paint over her entire face making sure to avoid her eyes and mouth I then used the magnetic lasso tool to select one of her teeth and then free transformed it o stretch it and thin it i did the same for the other tooth.
